Strategic Plan 2008-2011

In 2007, our Board of Directors defined a new strategic direction for the Ten Oaks Project. After completing a community-wide consultation, we reaffirmed our overarching purpose and shaped new mission, vision and values statements to define our role in the community.

Focusing on providing programs and activities rooted in play to children and youth from LGBTQ communities in the National Capital Region, our strategic plan serves as a guide for organizational activities and program development as we grow the organization.
