Calling all Adult Queer Campers... Join 200 queer adults at summer camp!
Not sure what to do after dropping off the kids at Camp Ten Oaks? Then consider coming to Haliburton to spend a week (or a portion of a week) at the Out & Out's annual Jamboree Queer Adults Summer Camp!
Out & Out is a queer social and recreational club, boasting more than 800 members. Happening the same week as Camp Ten Oaks, Jamboree involves a fun-filled week of organized activities, frolicking in a beautiful waterfront setting, and enjoying delicious meals prepared by camp staff. Jamboree takes place at a kid's camp in beautiful Haliburton (the kids are gone - maybe they're at Camp Ten Oaks!) Accommodations are in rustic cabins holding 10-12 people. Campers can participate in activities such as arts and crafts, sports, boating and nature hikes, or spend leisurely days on the docks catching up on summer reading. For more information about Jamboree, visit www.outandout.on.ca.
