Register for Camp Ten Oaks

Registration for Camp Ten Oaks is now OPEN.

Camp Ten Oaks will take place Sunday, August 15 to Saturday, August 21, 2010.

The cost of this one-week experience is $650 per camper. Fee subsidies for families with financial need are available as we are committed to the economic accessibility of our program. Please contact us to inquire about these subsidies (before completing the fee page of the registration form).

To register, please forward a completed registration package (see links below) AND payment for each camper to us. You can also contact us and request that an application package be mailed to you.

This year, our camp program will be at capacity with 64 campers. A total of 45 spaces will be reserved for 2009 returning campers until March 31, 2010. Where space is available, new registrations will be accepted immediately as well as requests to be placed on our waiting list. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We recommend that you contact us before completing registration paperwork to ensure space is available.

If the camper group you are interested currently has no spaces listed, please contact us to be placed on our waiting list. Returning campers from 2009 who will be JAC, MAC, IAC or SAC age have until March 31 to register. As of April 1, any spaces not filled by returning campers will be filled from the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Leadership Acorn Camper spaces (LACs ages 16-17) are filled based on an application and interview.  Both new and returning campers are eligible to apply for the LAC Program.  The deadline to apply for the LAC Program in April 30.
